From September 22nd to 26th, the 2025 South America Peru Mining and Construction Machinery Exhibition was held at the Arequipa International Convention and Exhibition Center. Focusing on the "safety, efficiency, and intelligence" needs of mine tunneling, Hongyuan Hydraulic brought the CYTJ76A Remote-Controlled Hydraulic Tunneling Jumbo, Fully Automatic Drilling Intelligent Tunneling Rig, and HYG Series Hydraulic Rock Drills. The CYTJ76A Remote-Controlled Hydraulic Tunneling Jumbo has previously operated in the extremely cold mining areas of the Arctic Circle with temperatures as low as -57℃. With a total length of 11 meters, it is equipped with the independently developed DI4 intelligent control system, enabling full-process automated operations remotely. In the simulation demonstration video, its adaptive ability in complex rock formations attracted the attention of representatives from Peruvian enterprises.
The Fully Automatic Drilling Intelligent Tunneling Rig is suitable for small and medium-section tunnels. Its drill bit feeding speed reaches 1.7 meters per minute, with a drilling error of ≤1 mm, allowing flexible operation in narrow spaces. Compared with international similar products of the same power, the HYG Series Hydraulic Rock Drills are 30% lighter in weight and 15% shorter in length, with an impact power of 24 kW, showing significant advantages in hard rock tunneling.
A technical director of a local Peruvian copper mining enterprise said, "This drilling rig is fully suitable for the working conditions of our mining area!" He also kept the technical materials on-site and planned to conduct in-depth follow-up cooperation.

With the goal of "promoting cooperation through communication and seeking development through acquaintance", Hongyuan Hydraulic established connections with nearly 100 mining enterprises and associations from South American countries such as Peru, Chile, and Brazil during the exhibition, receiving over 500 professional visitors.
In response to the geological characteristics of South American mining areas, the Hongyuan Hydraulic overseas team shared application cases of equipment in extreme working conditions and explained core technological innovations in detail, eliminating customers' concerns about equipment adaptability. Many new partners stated that Hongyuan's equipment is highly compatible with the upgrading needs of South American mining industry and expressed expectations for future cooperation.
