Introduction to CYTJ76B Compact Hydraulic Tunneling Drill

This drill features a low-profile design, suitable for roadways and tunnels with cross‑sectional area ≤29㎡. It moves flexibly in narrow spaces and adapts to various complex underground construction conditions.

Equipped with an omnidirectional hydraulic parallel clamping mechanism, it enables fast and accurate drilling positioning for high efficiency. The HYG550 rock drill delivers 24kW impact power, 60–75Hz frequency, 980Nm max torque, and 32–45mm drilling diameter, satisfying medium‑high strength rock drilling.

It has a sturdy articulated frame with 4WD for strong climbing performance. Powered by a Deutz four‑cylinder diesel engine (55kW@2400rpm, 240Nm@1550rpm), it provides stable power. Telescopic support jacks ensure high drilling precision.

For safety and comfort, it comes with a steel protective canopy and 4×80W LED work lights (63W LED driving lights optional). A fully enclosed cab, diesel heater and automatic dust removal system are available to improve the working environment.

The electrical system uses MNCF‑F special cables and reliable components. An automatic hydraulic cable reel is optional for neat cable management.
