CYTJ76A2 twin-boom hydraulic face drilling rig, a high-performance model among Hydraulic Drilling Jumbos and a specialized Two-boom hydraulic rig (also referred to as a 2 boom drill rig), is designed and produced by Hong Yuan Hydraulic—a leading Jumbo Drill Manufacturer. This rig is used for medium to small vein underground tunneling and mining applications. Unlike an Excavator Mounted Rock Drill, it is purpose-built for face drilling with enhanced stability and precision.

The rig is equipped with two 360° roll-over heavy-duty booms, the computerized anti-jamming system, and a compact carrier for flexible movement and maximum gradeability underground. It can cover the cross section from 8 m² to 45 m², including the roof, both side walls and the ground. It can be used for drilling blast holes as well as drifter rods. A patent-designed HYG550 hydraulic drilling machine is applied on the rig. With the impact power equal to other similar international products, the impact frequency of HYG550 can reach 60-75 Hz, much higher than other products.

A FOPS-approved ergonomically designed telescopic protective roof ensures safety plus excellent visibility and surveillance for the operator in control.

A telescopic feed for blot hole drilling, face drilling, and cross cutting in a limited space where both long and short rods have to be used. The telescopic feed consists of upper and lower feed. When the feed is at minimum length, short holes can be drilled. When the feed is at maximum length, long holes can be drilled.

Equipped with patent-winning HYG series hydraulic rock drill, HYG series rock drilling machine has a dual-damping system for shock wave absorption and continuous rock contact for high penetration. Lubricated and pressurized surfaces give long service intervals.
